Pancake Recipe with Collagen Powder:
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons collagen powder
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 large egg
2 tablespoons melted butter
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, collagen powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well until all the dry ingredients are evenly distributed.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter until well combined.
