Free Standard Shipping on Orders Over $120 CAD

  • Orders under $120 CAD will have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on location and order size
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped

  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages returned due to address errors

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional reshipping fees may apply.

📦 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier:

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays
  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered"
  • If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist with a carrier inquiry where possible

📸 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • 1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • 2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
