Consumable Products – Final Sale
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all consumable products, including Premium Halal Bovine Collagen (sachets, pouches, and boxed products), are final sale and not eligible for return or refund once opened. This policy is in place to protect our customers and comply with health and safety standards.
Unopened & Sealed Products
We may consider a return only if:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The product is in resalable condition
Approved returns will be subject to:
- A restocking fee, where applicable
- Shipping costs being non-refundable
- Return shipping costs being the responsibility of the customer
