½ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup fresh or frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a separate large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until well combined.
Add the melted butter, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract to the egg mixture and mix until smooth.
Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
Gently fold in the berries.
Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
